Where are your teas sourced from?

We source our teas from over 150 renowned plantations and small individual farms in India. Within the country, we procure from 5 popular tea-producing regions, namely: Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri, Kangra, and Sikkim.

Is gift wrapping available?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift wrapping for orders at this time. Although our teas are sourced and packed in India, we operate at multiple fulfillment centers across the US to ship out your products. Hence. it isn't feasible to offer gift-wrapping services. However, if you would like to send a gift or convey a message to the recipient, we can provide a digital gift card via email. This way, you can personalize your gift with a custom message while ensuring it reaches the recipient well on time.

In how many days can the gift set be delivered?

The products should reach you within 3-5 working days except for specific states such as Hawaii, California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, Nebraska, Alaska, North Dakota, Montana, and South Dakota.

How are the teas packaged?

After sourcing our teas directly from plantations, we bring them to our state-of-the-art tea facility in New Delhi, India. The teas then undergo rigorous cleaning, sorting, and quality testing to remove any impurities. Post 10+ quality checkpoints for leaf size, aroma, liquor, flavors, etc. These are vacuum-packaged in opaque aluminum-lined bags using sophisticated machinery. These vacuum bags are then stored in a dehumidified, temperature-controlled warehouse, ensuring the teas remain garden-fresh. Further, required quantities are packed in smaller vacuum-sealed packs, boxed in retail boxes, and then sent to our delivery centers located worldwide.
